Superior Court Progress Against Corruption
On the 29th of April 2024 I commenced a Constitutional challenge of a statutory instrument which deprived communities across Ireland of their Constitutional & Statutory right to be consulted concerning certain developments in their communities.
On the 14th of January I filed over 500 pages of sworn testimony into the High Court concerning alleged crimes committed by Darragh O`Brien and his principle officer for their involvement in creating and subsequent cover up of this unlawful statutory instrument S.I.376/2023. I asked Justice David Holland on the 20th of January to issue a summons against Darragh O`Brien for the alleged offences and the Judge refused this request even though he was obliged to issue the summons under Section 10 of the Petty Sessions Ireland Act, 1851
On the 15th of January the Ceann Comhairle sent me a letter asserting that the quorum was reduced from 20 to 5 in January 2021. I immediately investigated this letter and found evedince that this was false information. I then forwarded this information directly to the register of the High Court to be placed alongside my sworn information that I gave to Justice Holland. Unfortunately Justice Holland disregarded this evedince on the 20th of January.
On the 16th of January I filed more submissions against S.I.376/2023 to show the High Court that this legislation was enacted outside the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann and the requirements of the Constitution of Ireland.
On the 28th of January I filed a motion to strike out a previous High Court order and bring this S.I. for Judicial Review, this motion was heard on the 17th of February. Justice Humphreys agreed with my assertion that the S.I. challenge was a question concerning its validity pursuant to Article 34.3.2° of the Constitution. Unfortunately the Judge brought in the letter the Ceann Comhairle sent me in January and did not bring in the evedince to show the letter was false and proceeded to strike out my motion.
On the 26th of February I filed a motion to formally bring the evedince into the High Court under sworn testimony which proves that S.I.376/2023 was enacted outside standing orders and constitutional requirements. this motion is scheduled for the 10th of March.
Since January 2025, I’ve dedicated myself full-time to enforcing Constitutional Rights through Ireland’s Superior Courts. I’ve launched multiple cases defending personal liberty as a standalone fundamental right, securing public access to the High Court’s Central Office, and targeting corrupt state solicitors and barristers. My goal? To ensure anyone needing justice can navigate the High Court and beyond.
I’ve created Ireland’s first Fundamental Rights Application Pack—a simple, accessible tool for anyone to assert their personal rights. Soon, I’ll roll out packs for The Family, Education, Children, Private Property, and Religion. My mission is clear: make justice in the Superior Courts open to every person in Ireland who seeks to exercise their Constitutional Rights.
